Lotto Sport Canada is an online store selling apparel and accessories in Canada.

We currently sell and ship only within Canada. Orders placed for delivery outside Canada may be cancelled or refused.

9. Discount Codes, Promotions, Gift Cards, Store Credit, and Loyalty Rewards

• Discount codes cannot be combined;
• Discount codes have no cash value;
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases;

• Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law;
• Lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards or store credits may not be replaced, except where required by law.

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse a promotion, discount, gift card, store credit, or reward if we believe it has been obtained or used through fraud, abuse, error, or violation of these Terms.

10. Limited Drops and Product Availability

Some products may be released as limited drops, collaborations, seasonal launches, or limited-quantity products.

Limited drop products may sell out quickly. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product. An order is not confirmed until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

We may cancel or limit orders for limited drop products if we believe an order violates quantity limits, resale restrictions, bot restrictions, fraud controls, or these Terms.

11. Shipping

We ship orders within Canada using available shipping carriers and fulfillment partners.

Shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout where available. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or border processing, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, force majeure events, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

12. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, Damaged, or Refused Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We will assist where reasonable, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, carrier errors, lost packages, stolen packages, damage during transit, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked delivered by the carrier, except where required by applicable law or where covered by an applicable protection service.

If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, you should promptly check with household members, neighbours, building management, parcel lockers, and the carrier. You must contact us as soon as possible so we can determine what support may be available.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or undeliverable because of an address issue or customer action, we may deduct original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, restocking fees, and other reasonable costs from any refund or store credit, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to require signature confirmation, refuse shipment to certain addresses, cancel orders with high fraud risk, or use alternate shipping methods at our discretion.

13. Shipping and Return Protection

We may offer optional shipping and return protection that covers certain lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit and/or certain return shipping costs. This protection may be provided by a third-party service and may be subject to separate terms, exclusions, claim requirements, and approval processes.

If protection is purchased, claims must be submitted according to the applicable claim process and deadlines. Approval of a claim is not guaranteed and may depend on the protection provider’s terms.

14. Returns

Only items ordered online through our website qualify for a return of any kind.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn;
• Unwashed;
• Undamaged;
• Unused;
• Unaltered;
• In original packaging where applicable;
• Returned with all original tags attached to the garment.

Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, odour, stains, damage, missing tags, missing packaging, or similar condition issues may be refused, returned to you, or subject to a deduction or restocking fee, at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law.

Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever required by applicable law. In all other cases, refunds may be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit, at our discretion.

Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards, alternate accounts, or different forms of payment.

Shipping charges, return shipping charges, protection fees, handling fees, and other service fees may be non-refundable, except where required by law.

15. Final Sale Items

The following items may be final sale and may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where required by law:

• Final sale items clearly marked at purchase;
• Collaboration products;
• Limited drop items identified as final sale;
• Custom, altered, or personalized products;
• Gift cards;
• Items purchased using certain promotions where final sale is disclosed;
• Items that are worn, washed, damaged, used, altered, missing tags, or not in resaleable condition.

If an item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

16. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We may require photos, return of the product, carrier inspection, or other information before approving a replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect sizing choices, and damage caused after delivery are not considered defects.
