Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the date you receive your order (some exclusions apply — see below).

Returns & Exchanges

  • A flat $10 CAD return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label, and the fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is no longer available, we'll issue a refund instead.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible

Returns not accepted:

  • Final Sale and Clearance merchandise
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the original place of purchase)

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — the $10 CAD return shipping fee does not apply.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at lotto@shoplottosport.ca with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions and your prepaid return shipping label.
